Refund policy

We’re here to ensure your experience with us is joyFULL, and that you absolutely love what you’ve purchased.

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at customerlove@planetsark.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve it. For any extenuating circumstances, let us know and we’ll lovingly consider those, too.

For damaged or incorrect items, email us your order number and photos of the item(s). We’ll send a replacement, and we’d LOVE if you could find a creative way to repurpose the damaged product. We want the original item to still bring magic, even in its imperfect state.

Note: We do not accept physical returns, and kindly ask that you don’t send items back to any return addresses. If you don’t love your undamaged product, consider gifting or donating it to someone who will!

Refund requests made after 30 days will only be considered with proof of damage. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days.
